How do I book?

Do we need a car?
Honestly, yes. Sithonia's beaches and villages are spread along the coast, and a car lets you see far more. You can rent one at Thessaloniki airport.
How far is the beach?
Sykia beach is about 4 minutes by car. Kalamitsi and Kriaritsi are around 10 minutes, while Sarti, Toroni and Porto Koufo are all within 15 to 20 minutes.
What time is check-in and check-out? Is it flexible?
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:30. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Ask us: if the apartment is free, we will happily try to accommodate you.
How many guests does each apartment sleep?
Up to 4 guests per apartment: a bedroom with a double bed plus two day beds in the living room. Both apartments together sleep up to 8, ideal for two families or groups.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes, children are very welcome. The grounds are quiet and open, and the living-room day beds are perfect for kids. Tell us their ages when you write.
Is there parking?
Yes: free private parking right next to the house.
How good is the Wi-Fi?
Each apartment has its own Starlink satellite Wi-Fi, fast enough for streaming and video calls. If you need to work, let us know.
Is it quiet?
Very. The apartments sit in a quiet corner of the village, surrounded by greenery. At night you hear the cicadas more than the road.
What's nearby? Tavernas, shops?
Cross the little bridge and a few minutes' walk brings you to Sykia square: tavernas, cafés, a bakery and mini-markets for everyday needs.
How do we get here from the airport?
Thessaloniki 'Makedonia' airport (SKG) is about 2 hours away by car. When you book, we send exact driving directions and a map pin.
Is a deposit required? What is the cancellation policy?
We keep payment simple, with no hidden fees. You receive the exact terms in writing when we confirm your booking. If your plans change, talk to us: we always try to be fair.
Are pets allowed?
Please ask us before booking if you would like to bring a pet, and we will let you know what works.
