Sykia
One of the oldest villages in Halkidiki
Sykia is one of the most authentic villages in Sithonia, part of the wider Halkidiki region (also spelled Chalkidiki), with centuries of history, a lively square and tavernas serving local cooking. Its long beach, with clear shallow water, is a few minutes away by car.
From here you easily explore the best-known beaches nearby: Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Toroni, Porto Koufo and the road towards Sarti with its small hidden coves.
